The Hualai Electric 10kV 100kVA dry-type transformer adopts the SC13 energy-saving structure design. The iron core is made of high-magnetic-conductivity silicon steel sheets, and the no-load loss is 20% lower than that of ordinary Dry Type Transformers, resulting in higher operating efficiency. Unlike the oil-immersed cooling mode of Oil Immersed Transformers, it uses a dual mode of air self-cooling and forced air cooling, with a 35% improvement in heat dissipation efficiency. Under heavy-load conditions, it can still stabilize cooling and avoid overheating trips. The coil is made by epoxy resin casting, with excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof, and flame-retardant properties, reaching an IP54 protection level. It can be used in damp workshops and outdoor distribution rooms without the need for additional protective sheds.
